Shipping policy

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship within Germany and throughout the EU with DHL GoGreen – and to other countries upon request.

Shipping costs are calculated individually in your shopping cart and displayed before you complete your order.

Free shipping within Germany: We offer free standard shipping within Germany for orders over €200 (merchandise value).

Note for international deliveries: Import duties may apply to shipments outside the EU. Please note that we cannot cover any customs fees that may be incurred.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order – and if something isn't quite right, we'll find a solution together.

You can return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. The period begins on the day you or a person designated by you (who is not the carrier) receives the goods.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. All items can be returned within the return period, provided they are in their original condition – unused, undamaged, and preferably in their original packaging.

To register a return, simply send us a brief email to hello@bruug.de. We will be happy to assist you and explain the next steps.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase price to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

COMPLAINTS

If an item arrives damaged or defective, we are very sorry. In this case, please send us an email to hello@bruug.de with:

We will review the case as quickly as possible and find a solution – whether a replacement or a refund, we want you to be satisfied.

You can, of course, return damaged items free of charge after contacting us.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. You can find the complete cancellation policy under the "Right of Withdrawal" section at the very bottom of the page in the shop. There you will find all the details about the process and a sample cancellation form that you can use if you wish.

NOTE

Please ensure that returns are always well-packaged to prevent damage during transport. Ceramics are most safely packed when they cannot move around inside the box.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot accept liability for lost shipments.
